Terms of this site and of a proposal
A proposal page is a way to show you products and take down what you want. It is not a shop, and nothing on it can take your money.
Sending a collection is not an order
When you press send, one record is stored: your contact details and the collection you configured. Nothing is manufactured, nothing is reserved with a production partner, no payment is taken and no payment method is asked for. You receive a written quote, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Prices are estimates until the quote
Where a price is shown, it comes from a recorded production cost and is marked with the date it stops being current. Where no cost has been evidenced — a back print, a two-placement job, or a product we have not sourced yet — no price is shown at all rather than an estimate. Taxes and delivery are confirmed on the quote, and shown as not yet known where that is the truth.
Nothing is made before you approve it
Nothing is produced until you have approved the exact artwork, placements, sizes, colours and quantities in writing. That approval is what production is checked against, so please read it as carefully as you would a proof from a printer.
What happens after production starts — a change of mind, a wrong size, a misprint, a lost parcel — is set out in the custom-order policy, which forms part of any order you approve.
Your link
The address of a proposal is its only key, so treat it as private and do not post it publicly. It expires, and it can be withdrawn at any time — by you or by us — after which it stops opening immediately.
Business customers only
CrewIdentity sells to businesses and their teams, not to individual consumers. Before an order can be placed we confirm that the buyer is a business, with evidence, in the country the order is for.
Who you are dealing with
CrewIdentity is operated by its founder as an individual, based in Helsinki, Finland. It is not yet a registered company, and it does not hold a Business ID, a VAT registration or business insurance.
The founder will register the appropriate Finnish sole-trader and tax structure immediately when the first genuine paid order proves demand. The registered name, address and identifiers will be published here and on every quote before that order is invoiced.
Terms of sale for each country — the contracting party, governing law, and your statutory rights there — will be published for that country before it opens for orders. Until then, no order can be placed.
