Delivery information
Delivery
Every item is produced after you approve it, not picked from stock. Production time therefore comes before delivery time, and both are stated on your quote for your specific order.
Where we deliver
CrewIdentity is being prepared for a first programme of 50 teams across 34 countries. No country is open for orders yet: each one opens only when its tax, delivery, production and legal requirements have been established for that country specifically — none inherits another's.
How long it takes
We do not publish a standard delivery time, because it genuinely depends on the country, the products and where they are produced. A number that looked reassuring here would be a guess. Your quote states the production window, the delivery method and the destination, and says "not yet known" where that is the truth.
Who ships it
Orders are shipped by a production partner or its carrier directly to the delivery address on your order. You receive tracking where the carrier provides it.
Duties and taxes
Whether duties, import taxes or sales taxes apply depends on the destination and is stated on the quote for that destination before you approve anything. Where it has not been established for your country, the quote says so and the order cannot proceed until it has.
Your delivery address
Please check the delivery address on your approval carefully. An order shipped to the address you approved is treated as delivered to you; if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the custom-order policy explains how we resolve it.
Lost or damaged on the way
Lost or damaged in transit is covered in the custom-order policy: we arrange a replacement or a refund and take it up with the carrier ourselves. See the custom-order policy and the refunds & reprints process.
