This is what happens to the details you type into a proposal page. It is short because the system does very little with them.
Who holds this
CrewIdentity is operated by its founder as an individual in Helsinki, Finland. Until the trading entity is registered, that person is responsible for the details you send and is who you write to about them.
- Legal entity
- Not yet registered. The founder will register the appropriate Finnish sole-trader and tax structure immediately when the first genuine paid order proves demand. Its registered name will appear here, and on your quote, before anything can be bought.
- Postal address
- We do not publish a private address. A postal address that accepts mail will appear here with the registration.
- Contact route
- Our support address, support@crewidentity.com, is being set up. Until it is confirmed, reply to the person who sent you your proposal link — that is a real person and the fastest route to a human.
We would rather tell you this is not settled than print a company name that is not registered.
What we collect
Your name, your email address, an optional note, and the collection you configured.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from any other company. On a proposal page, your selections are saved in local storage on this device so a refresh does not lose them; they stay on your device and reach us only when you press send. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Why
Only to prepare and send you a written quote. It is not used for marketing, it is not profiled, and it is not sold or shared with anyone.
Nothing you send here is passed to a production partner, a payment provider, an analytics service or an advertising network. No production order and no payment can be created from this page.
How long
Your request is kept for up to 365 days so we can follow it up, then deleted. That window is our operating default and will be confirmed alongside the business registration.
Deleting it
You can ask us to delete it at any time, including before the quote is sent, and we will confirm when it is done.
